Big house in Northcote to share

The house is in Northcote in walking distance to High street. It is 2 bedrooms plus a study with a spare bed which you can use if you have people to stay. The house also had a lounge and dining room with carpet throughout. Your room has aircon and there is aircon and heating in the lounge room also. The house is fully furnished (except your room) but room for some of yours if needed. There front and back gardens are amazing, so good for people who like gardening! It is $190 per week plus bills.
I work 9 - 5 during the week and an usually out and about on the weekends. I am usually home in the evenings during the week. I am working in the environment field and into yoga, pottery and african drumming (I wont annoy you though with my practicing!).
I am looking for a housemate who is of similar age or older and over the "party" stage. Someone who is easy going and likes a tidy house (but not fanatical).
