Bedroom availiable in Ashwood

I have an unfurnished bedroom with BIR and large enough to fit a queen size bed availiable in a sharehouse in Ashwood to share with 2 students. The house is fully furnished with 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms, meaning you will only be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. There is a small concrete courtyard out the back and a remote control double garage which has some storage space and room for another car.

 

Its less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and 25 minutes to the city. 5 minutes to Holmesglen TAFE and 10 minutes to Deakin University.

 

Room is availiable mid December however we may be able to make space earlier if necessary.

 

Bond is $700 which will be needed upfront along with 1 months rent in advance.
