A room in a beautiful victorian old style house, available to one lucky dude/dudette.  The house is fun, full of care, old school look after each other sort of place.

It is in tropical north fitzroy, across road from edinburough gardens, and a paper aeroplanes throw away from brunswicked street. next door to the tramways pub, and we have cool neighbors.
A bunch of cats from around the world inhabit this place, and the dishes are clean most of the time.
  please give us a call if you are interested and you feel you would fit in.  We have a drum set, and any experienced drummers would be welcome to teach my rhythmically retarded housemate to groove.

The room is 125 per week, and bond is $420.
