We need a new housemate to join our awesome sharehouse in Forest Hill (between Blackburn/Nunawading and Glen Waverley), close to buses, the 75 tram and shops.

The room is available to move in any time from now until Sat 21st November. Rent is pretty cheap at under $100pw ($420pcm) plus bills and internet.

The room is medium, has polished floorboards and can easily fit a queen size bed.

You'd be sharing with 1 male and 1 female (not a couple) both in our mid-twenties and working. We're both social and share the occasional meal and a drink or two, and are looking for someone who's friendly, considerate and clean, preferably of a similar age (22-30ish) and a non-smoker.
