Price per week is $260 for one $40 more for two, paid in advance on a 4 weekly basis, deposit is 4 x weekly rent. (Move in total for 2 is $2400)
Who are we:
We are a friendly easygoing bunch from diverse backgrounds, all working and busy professionals age 20's to mid 30's, during weekdays we do our own things and tend to enjoy a drink or two together during the weekends.
Looking for:
Well presented, respectful, good mannered, genuine, clean and tidy, happy, working and or studying people. International travellers welcome. No pets or children. Medium to long term stay.
