The Residence/s is more of an ambience and a place to find comfort after a hard day at the university or part time job. All aspects of The Residence/s have been carefully personalized to suit most of the student needs. The people are easy going and mostly students all enjoy the environment and the proximity to the city.
LOCATIONS & DIVERISTY
The public transport is minutes away and a range of modes is available either you want a bus or a train they are all within effortless reach. There are two accommodations available in the following areas:
- Footscray is within the 7 Km radius from CBD and is 5 – 10 minutes walk from the public transport
- Sunshine is within the 15 Km radius from CBD and is 5 – 12 minutes walk from the public transport
Sunshine & Footscray Market and plaza is right in the heart of Central Footscray & Sunshine where you can find a delicious, cheap meal and can shop for all your grocery needs. The food selection is diverse in nature from Vietnamese, Chinese, African, Portuguese, Indian and other origins.
ROOMS
Attached are just some of the shots of the rooms available for rental. All rooms are fully furnished with sturdy and stylish beds and quality mattresses. Each room has its own study table provided to encourage a studious environment. All rooms have an individual spacious wardrobe to place clothes; extra space at the bottom section can be utilized for laundry.
AMENITIES
The Residence/s has got all important facilities required for a comfortable stay i.e. 2 Large Fridges, New Washing Machines, Hot Water System (Gas), Cooking range and Energy Saving fixtures save electricity that reduce the utility bills. A Wall Mounted PLASMA TV and DVD Player is provided for evening entertainment and a spacious living and dining area.
ENVIRONMENT
The atmosphere is friendly as The Residence/s is occupied by likeminded people from diverse backgrounds. It is indeed a great experience to be a part of something exciting while striving towards your own individual goals and having FUN while achieving them.
COSTS
The accommodation starts from $78 per week which equates to approximately $350 per month flat for each month which includes cleaning services. The bills are not inclusive in the rent and all utilities range from $30 - $60 per month.
