Hey There!

I'm moving out of 66 Gatehouse street Parkville and am looking for someone to take my room pretty fast.

It's a fantastic place, very friendly and interesting folk living here in this large Victorian terrace with plenty of living space, 1 bathroom, large backyard, vege garden & even chooks. It's close to Melbourne Uni, RMIT, 10 mins ride from CBD and nested between two parks, really the more I write this, the more I regret having to move out of here, it is really awesome.

So, we're preferably looking for someone who is going to fit right in here, environmentally aware, a social team player so someone postgrad or professional would probably fit the bill, but we're not going to discriminate!
