I have a furnihsed room to share with an Indian female. We are a working couple with a 7 year school going daughter.
We are Gujarati and complete vegetarian. We appreciate someone who is complete vegetarian.
The house is full furnished as follows,
42" FULL HD lcd tv
400 L Refrigrator
1200 W Microwave oven
Toaster,
Washing Machine,
Gas cooking,
The room you are going to share has,
Built in robe,
A bunk bed, (double down and single up)
All you need to move in is your stuff and a mattress with quilt.
The location is convinient by all means.
Tram 109 at the door step.
Mont Albert station(Zone 1) 5 minutes walking
Box Hill station(Zone 2) 5 minutes walking,
Tram stop is in zone 2 but zone 1 start on 3 minutes walking way.
You have a direct sunlight in the room and ample fresh air.
The house is free of any odour as has wooden floor board in the living and kitchen area.
You will be paying $10 a day to live in. Bills all extra in 2:1 ratio.
Please note initially you will be living only in the room. But must be flexible to share with another girl as we get some one to share with.
