Yarraville is a great, friendly suburb of Melbourne & we are just around the cnr from the train station, cafes, supermarkets, a great pub, picture cinema & great parks & recreational areas.
Our house has a big backyard with a large garage plenty of room for storage & Ive just planted a huge veggie garden.
Were all non smokers & pretty quiet people, we take it in turns once a week to cook for each other & if everyones home at the same time will have a bbq or go to the pub for dinner.
We share the cost of toilet paper & laundry detergent.
Yarraville is 5 stops from the city by train.
We pay the rent on the first of each month. We have a 25gb wireless internet, foxtel & we try to keep the bills low as its included in your rent.
