3 bedroom house in West Hawthorn

We live in a beautiful, spacious Victorian home which also has a nice backyard. The house is located near a 7/11, funky little cafes and is walking distance to Bridge Road, Victoria Gardens, Glenferrie Road and High Street. Regarding transport, we have the number 48, 24 and 109 tram literally outside our door and it is about 20-30 minutes into the CBD by tram. We have only ever braved the walk into the CBD once and regretted it an hour later!

 

Rent is paid on the 11th of every month and is $746 per calender month. The bond is $900. We share all bills (including internet and phone) but they hardly come to much.

 

There are two remaining girls in the house. (Jenny and Fiona) We are both young professionals but are by no means boring! While we both generally enjoy relatively quiet weeknights, we like to make the most of our weekends. We both have active and busy lifestyles but enjoy sharing a glass of wine together over dinner when we can.

 

We are looking for a lively and fun male or female housemate between the ages of 25 to 32. Preferably, they are to be working full-time or equivalent. Ideally, we are looking for someone to compliment the household who is happy to have their own space but who would also be open to sharing a meal, a glass of wine (or two...or three...) and a night out together every so often.
