Hi,

My name's Ben, I'm a 27yo graphic designer/video producer originally from London, and I'm looking for a room around Carlton/Fitzroy and their Norths, Collingwood, or maybe the closer areas of surrounding suburbs. I'm looking to pay up to 160pw for a room.

I don't smoke, but don't mind if others do. I work pretty flat out at the moment- paid stuff during the day, and visuals for bands / music videos in the evening (which I'm aiming to make my main income). Because of the work I do I go to gigs quite a lot too, but I don't really party at home so there won't be marauding bands at 1am or anything.

I clean up after myself and I'm very easy-going (especially with other's noise, after living/working in music studios for years), but don't cause any disturbance myself since I work with light instead of loud noises.

I'm into films, stand-up, running, science-nerd stuff and art (I try and visit any interesting exhibitions that pop up). Also I have a projector, which may be a bonus (At my current place we had film-nights occasionally).
