Date Listed: 20/07/2008 Hey! We are looking for either two new housemates, or a couple, to share our great house in Croydon. On offer are: - A smaller room for $70 per week. - A medium size room for $90 per week. - We are happy for a couple to move in who will rent BOTH rooms for $150 per week. The house currently has 1 room occupied, and the bungalow occupied with a mum and her 3 year old son. The house also has a 3 year old kelpie. The housemates are busy, but like to maintain a friendly, open household. All are green-minded (not hippies! But like to do their bit for the environment!) and have a huge veggie patch in the backyard! It is close to parks (2 min walk), bus (1 min walk), shops (10 min walk), croydon shopping centre (2km), croydon train station (3km) and Swinburne (2km) and Eastlink (10mins drive).
