Spacious, sunny room.  Built-in wardrobe. Fan.  Share bathroom with one clean and tidy girl.
 
Living area large and homely although a little under-decorated.  Also courtyard area sweet but untended.  Roof-top deck great for summer evenings. One car garage with one other off-street parking spot, but reasonable residential parking available.
 
Housemates: 2 health professional females, who enjoy socialising; out-and-about as well as at home.  Both are busy in their professional lives as well as extra-curricular activities (sports, dancing etc), but alway have time for a beer and good yarn.
