The house is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , 2 toilets , cinema room and outdoor bbq area (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microvave).
There is 1 room left available . The room is unfurnished ( only study desk available).
The house is close to the sanctuary lake shopping centre and public transport .
(only 2 min walk to bus stop and shopping centre).
The rent is $105 p.w excluding bills (gas,water,electricity ,internet).
who are we ? we are 3 friendly males : )) and easy going people. 2 working professionals and 1 student . Our age are 25- 28 .
