My flatmate and i (both female, 24,professional) are looking for a male/female to share a big old house in st kilda east. The room is unfurnished, the smallest in the house and will be 510$ per month plus bills. Bond is 300$
Internet and Landline are available.
Tramstop is just in front of the house and it is 5-10 min. walk to the Trainstation.
You should be between 25 and 35, working and easy going.
The room is available from the 21st Sept.
