Location Queens rd, opp. albert park lake, near Princess hwy. 10-20 tram ride from City, Chapel st, St kilda, 2 min walk to tram. Lockable garage space enough for motorbike/storage. Prefer non smoker, proffessional city worker or with steady income, 25-35yoa, tenancy length not important but prefer 3+ months. Welcome furniture/appliances as have none as yet. No shift workers please. Available from 1 October. Recently renovated.
I am easy going, down to earth, busy, and happy with most people provided they are fair and reasonable.
