The apartment, situated on the border of St.Kilda and Elwood it is a large Art Deco Apartment on a tree lined street close to beach and shops which has a room available to share with a good down to earth 30 year old guy. The apartment is all furnished and setup beautifully with a very homely feel and all the mod cons, home theatre, wireless internet, X-Box, dishwasher, washing machine, heating etc.. The room for rent is large. (No joke) with polished floorboards and heating and can be light filled from tree lined street if desired. Ideal place for people new to Melbourne or flight crew as everything is at your fingertips. Cafes, shops, the beach, transport and the beautiful St.Kilda botanical gardens just across the road. Probably one of the best locations in St.Kilda/Elwood. To be considered you must, • Be over 21 but under 35 • Have full time employment • Not smoke (inside anyway) • Have a sense of humour (I'm a funny bugger) • Be respectful of apartment and my sleep. • Tidy up after self in kitchen and bathroom. If you can manage that then you are in the running to share a great pad in an awesome location with an good bloke which has the potential of fun times with the right person to share with.
