Hi,

We are 2 girls and a couple in a townhouse in Kensington. Two of us are uni students with jobs, and the other two housemates are 9am-5pm workers looking for a friendly, fun and easygoing housemate.

Female or male, in their early twenties preferably, and must be employed, smokers are welcome.

We have uni and work during the week, but on weekends we are a  sociable household who enjoy an active weekend social life.

We live in a three story townhouse close to the shops, gym, public transport (6 min train ride to southern cross), highpoint shopping centre (10 min drive), and within walking distance to flemington race course. On street parking only (no permit required), fully furnished house- includes kitchen and laundry facilities. We also have pay tv and internet.

Partially furnished room available with built in robes and space for a double bed (can  be provided if requested) second level shared with 2 female housemates, bathroom and toilet shared with 1.

$145 per week (all the bills are included in this price)
