I have a great house close to the city and close to all forms of public tranport.
 
The house is an old victorian house with polished boards, restored wood and gas stove, restored old bath and cellar.
 
There are also annoying chooks in the garden and opportunity to put in a vegetable garden.
 
So if you are a female student or backpacker requiring some accommodation I have a spare room
 
I'm, 39, too talkative, and I'm pretty busy at the moment working and renovating my sister's house.
