1br - Apt in Lyon, France for a place in Melbourne

A friend of mine in Lyon has an apartment available for swap with a place in Melbourne. Please see description below:

 

My place is an attic in Lyon, 2 hours from Paris and a bit less from Geneva on the train. 6th floor with no lift, lots of fresh food and stuff at the daily market, cafes etc. Kitchen, bathroom, bathtub, fast adsl with wifi, lots of tv channels, stereo. I'd like to exchange it for 6 weeks for any kind of place in Melbourne: an apt., house, or office or studio space etc. I'm single, 34, cleaaaan, I have my family in Melbourne and I go there every year.
