its a SAMSUNG 32inch LCD TV - Model: LA32T51B - HD ready - with remote
please have a look at the pictures, the unit is in very good condition, bought this for well over 1k about a year ago.

i just use it for watching stuff off my computer (you can attach it as a second monitor for watching all those div-x movies), or playing my xbox 360
watching dvd's are awesome on this lcd too.
