Double bed & sofa metal base – no mattress  
Dimensions:
·        2m length
·        1850 deep when open (for 1400 size mattress)  
Futon frame is in good condition.
Genuine leather sofa/lazy chair 1 sitter - beige colour with some tear and wear shown on it, however still a very comfortable chair. If cover it with a throw, it is not bad! Have to see it go as we ordered a new day bed for the living room.
 
Pick up is from Clayton 3168 and items must be collected by 1st November this Sunday. Thanks.
