I have a mint condition Giant Revive LX - probably the most comfortable bike to ride ever made.  Like riding in an armchair but without going to something as dodgy as a recumbant.
 
Perfect for a commuter bike - especially for someone that doesn't want to bend over like a racing cyclist or sit on a narrow bum-breaker of a saddle.
 
Bike has hardly been ridden (it was an orphan from a friend's divorce).
 
Originally sold for over $1000.  Will be happy with $300 or a respectably close offer.
 
Will assist with delivery if required for a serious buyer.
