Experienced Maths teacher available for tutoring. VIT registered, based in Essendon and Melbourne CBD. 

I currently offer 2 programmes

1.  Exam Intensive (for VCE students and some Uni students)
Includes
- the really difficult topics like surds, fractions, circular functions, etc
- exam strategies - during the exam
- how to prepare for examinations

2.  Getting a grip on the basic building blocks (for students aged 8- 14)
Includes
- fractions
- decimals
- percentages
- pre-algebra and algebra

While I know that tutoring is necessary to fill in gaps in knowledge, I prefer to encourage my students to become independent learners, rather than rely on tutors for the long term.  Most of my programmes run approximately for 6x 1 hour sessions, but can be tailored to suit the group or individual.

Cost is $40 per hour for one-to-one session, group rates available by negotiation. Maximum group size is 3 students.  Ring Val 0413 775 735
