 As our Lead Generator/Appointment Setter, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous contribution to growth and success of Marketcom.  You will be in the privileged position of working alongside senior management and be responsible for operating the sales system.
 
This vital role within out business requires someone who is dedicated, motivated, has a strong understanding of selling systems.

 Here’s what a day in the life of Marketcom Appointment Setter might entail:
 
·        Sales Relationship System - Continuously enhancing and improving our sales relationship system to meet the market and enable successful selling.
·        Lead Generation – Proactively generating new leads and contributing to the development of healthy prospect lists.
·        Contributing to long term projects and meetings held to discuss various programs such as sales systems improvements, promotions, and knowledge development.
·        Meetings – attend sales meetings with the sales team to discuss sales, performance, major clients, forecasts and opportunities for improvement.
·        Having Fun and Celebrate your achievements.
 
 Some additional skills we’d like you to have:

  •  Possess a high level of attention to detail;
  •  Have an ability to build rapport and trust;
  •  Be able to work collaboratively and have good people management skills;
  •  Demonstrate an ability to work within systems;
  •  Experience in related industries welcomed but not vital;
