We are looking for an organised and confident individual who can adapt and develop in a busy and varied role. We are a young vibrant and energetic company with our operations currently based entirely online, working from an office/warehouse facility in the Eastern suburb of Bayswater. This will be a largely autonomous role whereby you will be able to play an integral part in the growth, development and focus of the company. Assisting in email and website marketing. Invoicing Responding to customer queries and emails. Developing product knowledge. Website sales administration Inventory processing, packing and freight handling/management To be successful in this role you must demonstrate: * Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. * Great communication skills and customer service experience. * Ability to take ownership and responsibility of tasks and work autonomously.
