We are looking for bubbly & enthusiastic candidates who can join in on the success of the transport industry located in Port Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your full time career within an organisation with genuine opportunities and career advancements.
 
 
 
You will be taking a variety of inbound calls from customers regarding booking of parcels and other associated general enquiries.
 
 
 
To be successful in this role you must possess:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer literacy  (35wpm and MS Word)
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Enthusiasm & desire to further your career!  
 
 
You will be required to work from 10.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday.  You will work a total of 38 hours per week, with an Rostered Day Off once a month!
 
 
 
This position offers a base salary of $40,567 + Super + RDO + FREE PARKING!
