You will…
  • Work within an end to end recruitment cycle from talking to a potential client, taking a job brief, interviewing and short-listing candidates, presenting candidates to clients and closing both client and candidate on the role.
  • Work closely with new and existing clients in establishing their recruitment needs
  • Keep in constant contact with candidates
  • Service both clients and candidates with utmost honesty
  • Work within a team based structure
  • Achieve set Key Performance Indicators
  • Meet monthly targets
  • Enjoy the thrill of the ride!
 
All you need is the…
  • Ability to be a consultant – give expert and professional advise to both clients and candidates
  • Ability and willingness to develop business -  both new business and within an existing client base
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and develop business opportunities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work well in a team based environment and also autonomously
