This agency is part of the sister company that was established 5 years ago and because of the strength of growth opened up Engineering recruitment company a year ago. They currently have 2 offices both in Melbourne and Sydney.

The Role
Working with a highly motivated team of consultants, who are passionate about recruitment, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment solutions within the Engineering sector. You will be hands on billing in your specialised area and have full autonomy in how you grow your sector.
Using both your exceptional account management and business development skills you will develop their already established portfolio as well as build your own. You will be based in the Melbourne office and have regular contact with the Sydney office to utilise and leverage business across both offices.
The culture is one of creating long term business relationships with both clients and candidates, with business developed through referrals from excellent service and sector knowledge.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have Engineering Recruitment experience and know this sector well. You must be able to demonstrate your business development skills and networking skills.
You will be passionate about what you do, dedicated and motivated, thrive to be a high achiever all of the time. Overall you will be professional and be a leader through performance. You will have proven success through repeat business and building relationships with clients through exceptional service.
