The Opportunity
 
Our client has a ‘Once in a Lifetime’ opportunity as a National Account Manager in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and growth potential of key account customers within both a specific target sector and an assigned portfolio of accounts.
 
In addition, you will be responsible for obtaining greater market share of existing customers and creating new business opportunities, whilst supporting, coaching and mentoring sales staff nationally.

The Ideal Candidate
 
To be successful within this role, you will be required to possess:
 
  • 3-4 years recruitment experience (preferably management experience);
  • Strong business development skills
  • The ability to negotiate and built strong relationships with clients and candidates;
  • The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic environment;
  • Strong communication skills and sales ability
  • The desire to succeed!
