Our client is an established recruitment agency of almost 6 years, with offices across Australia and Asia.

Due to the ongoing growth and development of this icon brand our client is now seeking to hit the ground at the commencement of 2010 and launch in Melbourne.
 
The Opportunity
 
Due to phenomenal growth, our client is seeking energetic, motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join, grow and manage this brand. In order to be successful for this role you must have prior management experience, handling a small team of employees. Your mandate will be to build and generate new and existing business opportunities leveraging off your own networks as well as solid client relationships already developed.

Our client’s philosophy is to deliver the very best people through quality service. A relaxed yet professional and results-focused environment is on offer.
 
 
The Ideal Candidate
 
To be successful in this role, you will be required to possess:
 
  • 5 years + IT recruitment experience;
  • Must have local experience and pre-existing networks
  • Prior experience managing a small team;
  • The ability to negotiate and built strong relationships with clients and candidates;
  • Drive, motivation and the desire for a challenging, energetic environment
  • The passion to succeed!
