Based in the Melbourne, our client are job network dealing with disabled workers, and they now seek to appoint an employment consultant to work with job seekers, in helping them gain satisfactory employment.
Your duties will include;
  • Assessment of job seekers
  • Planning and support
  • Conduct workplace assessments
  • Ensure training provided for job seekers
  • Promote job seekers to clients
Selection criteria
  • Qualification in Marketing or HR advantageous
  • Experience and / or understanding the issues facing disabled people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to design and implement training strategies
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • An understanding of the labour market
  • Current drivers licence
  • Excellent computer skills
This is a challenging, but rewarding role, assisting disabled job seekers seek employment relevant to their skills and abilities.
