The Client:

The role:
You will be based from their CBD offices which over look the bay and the Melbourne CBD.
Your new colleagues are experienced recruiters and have a wealth of knowledge within their industry. With access to "cross sell" within other areas of the business, this is a real "Team Players" paradise.
With an exceptional database of both candidates and warm clients to work from, your initial first 3 months will be a guaranteed success!
As with any recruitment position the ability to build, maintain and develop relationships are the key to building your candidate and client portfolio.
The Candidate:
For your new position you will be driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of achievement. An ethical approach to everything you do is integral, as is your ability to work within a team. A natural affinity for developing rapport with others, self-management, a passion for excellence and hard work are the cornerstones of success in this high-performance sales culture.
You will either be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of placing individuals in the Accounting Support sector or you will have worked previously within a business to business sales capacity and be looking to apply your industry-specific knowledge in this new and exciting career.
