Our client is one of the largest professional IT service providers in Australia and is currently looking for trilingual agents.
Working in a dynamic environment, you are part of a small team calling businesses in Switzerland to verify general business information ranging from contact details to the current annual turnover.
This is NOT a sales position and you are not asked to push people to give you the requested information.

As a successful candidate:
- You speak English AND French AND German fluently
- You have a deep knowledge of Switzerland
- Your friendly phone manner will assist you in collecting the requested information and leave a good impression on the businesses you called

Previous experience in a call centre is a plus but paid training will be provided in any case.
A competitive hourly rate of $21+ will be offered to the successful candidates.
