In this position you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional hospitality orientated environment with a focus on progression and development.
Working closely with Senior Management you will seek out function and event opportunities; liaise with prospective clients and successfully co ordinate functions and events to the satisfaction of the client and the venues.
You will build strong relationships with key clients and prepare and provide accurate quotes tailored to the client’s needs.
You will answer telephone calls, take precise messages where required and respond to email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Alongside Senior Management you will prepare and present accurate budget reports for all events and functions and provide general office support.
You will ensure all bookings are taken correctly and handed over to management accordingly.
You must:
*Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Possess self motivation as well as being able to work efficiently as part of a team
*Have efficient diary Management skills
*Be fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
