In addition to sustainable housekeeping, over the coming year we hope to expand our range of eco-living products and services (including energy audits, water-saving strategies etc.) as well as offering franchise opportunities.
EASLI is looking for someone to manage our office on a part time basis.
We are seeking someone excited by the opportunities and challenges of a new and growing business.
Successful candidates must meet the following criteria: · Have excellent people skills and professional phone manner · Be highly organized · Be able to give information and answer questions about the company in a competent, enthusiastic manner · Be personable, reliable, articulate, charming and friendly · Have initiative; help create and implement new office systems · Work Independently and think on their feet
Duties will include: · Tidying office · Answering phone calls and emails · Handling new client enquiries and job enquiries · Prepare various documents and general admin · Client reviews · Scheduling appointments · Maintain office supplies & forms · Processing product orders · Data Entry · Filing
Initially, this role will require 16 hours per week, with plans to increase hours over the coming year.
Hourly rate is $20/hour + super and work cover
