A small busy migration agent office in CBD
 
Ø       Melbourne CBD Location.
Ø       3 Days / Week  approx  20 hours.
Ø       $ 14.84 /hr + super
 
 
 
To be successful for this role you must have:
 
·         Previous administration experience
·         Intermediate skills in Microsoft office
 
 
 
Your duties will include:
·  Data entry online and into specified forms.
·  Attending to incoming calls promptly, efficiently and professionally.
·  Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail.
·  Filing.
·  General office administration duties.
