We are looking for a motivated self-starter to work with the team as Office admin. Your responsibilities include: * Answering calls * Making bookings with clients for technicians to go out to the clients * Record keeping * Processing time sheets * Track Inventory * Keeping office neat & clean & keeping the fridge stocked * Banking & Postage You will need good working knowledge of: * Internet & Email * Ms Office (Word & Excel & Outlook) * Any book-keeping experience in MYOB is highly preferred. You will be working with a small team where you will have chance to grow and develop and make your own mark. You will need a ABN and the hourly salary is $17 per hour.
