Hello, I have over 20 years experience working in many office roles. Apart from petty cash, banking,myob, quickbooks and accounts, I have done the whole administrative spectrum, especially Reception.
I have a current first-aid certificate and a typing speed of 50wpm.
I've been trained in correct telephone techniques etc. I mainly use Word and Excel, but have also used inhouse software programs, and I am a fast learner.
