•    Position available in the Eastern suburbs
•    6 month contract

We are currently seeking an Installation Scheduler to provide after sales customer support. This role will involve co-ordinating installations between our customers and installation teams.

Specifically, you will:
•    Act as the first point of contact for any installation queries and schedule installations for customers
•    Ensure the correct completion of paperwork and data entry
•    Follow up with customers regarding outstanding information

You will have:
•    Administration/Customer Service experience
•    Excellent communication skills, professionalism and maturity
•    Solid experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Additionally experience with Scheduling will be an advantage!

This role will be on a 6 month contract basis.
