L’Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival (MFF Ltd) is looking for an Executive Assistant to fill a maternity leave position (for up to 12 months) from early to mid-December 2009. We will be interviewing candidates from November.

Suitable candidates must be bright, articulate, proactive, able to multi-task and have attention to detail. You must have previous experience in an administrative role, excellent time management and advanced MS Office skills.

The Festival takes place in March 2010 and it will be a very busy time from the start of the placement requiring a self-starting and fast-learning approach for the new Executive Assistant.

The position of Executive Assistant is to provide support to the Festival Director, the Executive Board of Directors and the MFF Management team.

LMFF comprises a wonderful team and is an exciting place to work. Previous administrative experience is essential, with previous experience as an EA/PA preferred. For a full position description, please e-mail fashion@lmff.com.au .
