The Wilderness Society is a successful national environmental organization initiating science based conservation to protect wilderness and combat climate change.

We have an opportunity for a mature-minded Data Entry Call Operator to join our friendly Hawthorn office.  You will be working with like-minded individuals in a great environmentally conscious team!

You will be:

• Processing of all memberships in to our membership database
• Quality check and follow up all discrepancies
• Inbound & Outbound calls to members
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Team Leader

You will have:

• Excellent communications skills
• Experience in data entry and administration
• Customer Service/Sales experience
• Self driven, with developed time management skills

• Proficient keyboard skills; no less than 60 wpm
• Advanced excel knowledge an advantage
