Our client, a leader in it's industry, is seeking Customer Service Officers to assist them during their busy campaign period.  This is NOT a traditional outbound sales role!
 
We require enthusiastic people who are looking for a traditional customer service role. The main focus is to provide quality customer service to their members while working within a positive and supportive team.
 
You must be able to demonstrate initiative and have the ability to learn new systems and tasks.  Past experience in a call centre environment is desirable.
 
Hours: 8.30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
