Clear Solar is a dynamic energy conservation and creation company committed to motivating change in the way households and businesses manage their energy resources. We are currently seeking several Customer Liaison Officers to join our energetic and hard working team

In this role, you will:
 
• Act as the first point of contact for customers calling us through our switchboard
• Assist with customer queries, transfering calls to appropraite departments
• Follow through with customer queries, resolving problems and taking action where neccessary
• Assist with customer complaints

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

•    Solid customer service experince
•    Excellent phone manner
•    Experience within a fast-paced team environment             
•    Solid administration skills

These positions are based in Mitcham and are on a 6 month contract basis.
