We are seeking a motivated self starter who is full of initiative to come and join our team on a contracted full time basis (minimum 6 months). You will be hard working, high energy, positive and display a ‘can do’ approach to your work. You will add real value in end to end process through being responsible for booking medical appointments, finalising reports, following-up with medical staff and external providers. You will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be an excellent communicator and have good attention to detail. Your proven ability to manage your time effectively will be key to your success in this challenging role. A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, work in a team environment and without supervision is required. You will have had previous experience working in a busy administration/customer services environment (minimum three years). You must be a permanent resident in Australia to apply for this position.
