OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
 
Staff required for busy reception services counter and call centre areas. This is city based work in the health industry, where you will be required to greet customers, update computer information, receive cash payment, issue receipts and book appointments over the phone. Your excellent team work and people skills will be valued as you will be working closely with other administrative, nursing and medical staff. Our aim is to ensure that our customers are provided with a service that exceeds their expectations.
 
The ideal applicants will possess:
  • Excellent face-to-face customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly cope with multi-tasks in a busy environment
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Cash handling skills
  • Computer literacy
You must have a visa to work in Australia. Ideally you will have your permanent residency.
 
During July to August 2007 there is an opportunity to work full-time hours during a busy peak period. Full-time, permanent work is available for the right applicant.
