 Our Client has a number of excellent opportunities for experienced customer service staff and/or Team Leaders to work on various campaigns. This will be an excellent opportunity for telephone professionals to become involved with a number of interesting assignments.  
Responsibilities:
·         Operate purely by script – 100% Verbatum
·         Provide excellent Customer Service
·         Updating database
·         Provide accurate information – NO SALES
As the successful candidate, you will have:
·         Previous call centre experience – 6 months plus required
·         Previous outbound calling experience (majority of roles are outbound – NO SALES)
·         Excellent communication skills and be articulately spoken
What is on offer to you:
·         Full training provided
·         Shifts – between 7:00am – 8:00pm
·         Break-out room – Café, Coffee points / vending machines throughout. 
·         Parking available / Accessible to public transport
·         Dress: Smart/Corporate Attire
·         Lockers available for all belongings
Previous call centre experience is an absolute must in these roles and in return you will be rewarded for you efforts. You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle people in a professional manner …
