ADMINISTRATION/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED
We are an online business looking for a part time office administration/customer service assistant.
Your duties would include :
- answering calls
- replying to emails
-any other administration duties/customer service duties as required.
The applicant must have :
Excellent customer service skills
Pleasant phone manner
Computer Literate - must have used Microsoft Outlook before
Excellent Time Management Skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
This role is focussed on customer service and respoding to customers queries via phone and email.
Candidates with experience in office admin/customer service need only apply.
Salary is dependant upon experience.
This role is located in the St Kilda Rd area.
Hours would be part time to start off with (9-30am to 1-30pm - with flexibility) and will increase.
