TIC Group Pty Ltd is an innovative Melbourne based business operating in the rapidly evolving Reverse Logistics sector. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer who is interested in a challenging role.
 
With operations based in Australia, Hong Kong, China, USA and the UK, which are all contract based we currently have an ongoing need for legal support to provide the following services:-
 
·        Contract drafting
·        Commercial advise
·        Company structuring
·        General tax advice
·        Dealing with patent and trade mark attorneys
 
This position is part time (3 days per week) and would suit someone who wants to continue working without the stress often associated with large firms and tight details. This role would be based at our head office, which is located 15 minutes from the CBD.
