We are seeking experienced WorkCover professionals from varying backgrounds who can demonstrate the following:
· A minimum of 1-2 years experience in claims, management or paralegal across WorkCover or ComCare
· Strong working knowledge and understanding of the Accident Compensation Act
· Excellent interpersonal and communication style to influence and build mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders
· Strong problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
· Capacity to recognize and understand complex medical issues
